A revision was published in the Official Gazette on 30.8.2019, on the decision of the Council of Ministers naming persons who cannot be granted the Cypriot nationality through the Cyprus Investment Programme. This revision amended point 11 as follows: “Persons having been investigated and finally indicted for criminal offenses and/or sought-after pan-European by EUROPOL or internationally by INTERPOL.”
